four Presbyterian Church Music DirectorsThe directors met 9/19/06 and planed a a community Thanksgiving Service sponsored by the Alton Presbyterian Churches. It was at College Avenue Presbyterian church on Sunday, November 19, 2006. The choirs from all four churches, a combined Bell Choir made up of College Ave. and Upper Alton Baptist ringers, guest organists, a harpist and trumpets did add to the Thanksgiving Service. The free will offering was taken and given to the Alton Food Pantries. We also collected a can goods and non-perishable items. ****************************************************** |
